Payment & Billing Options

Marshall County REMC understands that your time is very important. Because your time is so important, we now offer a wide variety of payment options so you can choose the method of payment that is most convenient for you.

NOTE:
A $3.00 FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO EACH CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION (OFFICE, PHONE, ONLINE)
A $1.50 FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO EACH E-CHECK TRANSACTION (OFFICE, PHONE, ONLINE)

Payment Options:

  • Marshall County REMC Office - You can pay by cash, check, or credit card at the Marshall County REMC office (11299 12th Road, Plymouth, IN 46563) Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Night Drop Box - Located next to the main entrance of the Marshall County REMC office there is a secure night drop box so you can drop cash or a check when the office is closed.
  • Phone Payments - Marshall County REMC accepts credit card and e-check payments 24/7 for your convenience. 
  • Credit Card Draft - This allows you to pay your monthly bill electronically, without having to remember to schedule the payment. By authorizing us to pay the amount of your monthly bill using a credit card saved on file, your payments will be made automatically, on time, on the 15th of the month every time. With this program, you will continue to receive a monthly statement as you normally would. This service can be setup and managed online using our Customer Service Portal.
  • Bank Draft - This allows you to pay your bill electronically, without the hassle of writing a check. By authorizing us to deduct the amount of your monthly bill from your bank account, your payments will be made automatically, on time, on the 15th of the month every time. With this program, you will continue to receive a monthly statement as you normally would. This service can be setup and managed online using our Customer Service Portal.
  • Auto-Pay by Credit Card - This allows Marshall County REMC to automatically charge your credit card for the amount due on your monthly statement on whatever day of the month you specify. This service can be setup and managed online using our Customer Service Portal.
  • Auto-Pay by E-Check - This allows Marshall County REMC to automatically charge your bank account for the amount due on your monthly statement on whatever day of the month you specify. This service can be setup and managed online using our Customer Service Portal.
  • Online Payments - You can pay anytime online using our Customer Service Portal via credit card or e-check.
  • Mobile App- View your bill and your account balance, make payments, schedule alerts and reminders, receive push notifications, report outages, and more! Download the Marshall County REMC mobile app by searching "MREMC" in your app store.
